Hi beautiful people! The Mother City looked absolutely amazing today! Its funny how winter disappeared, there isn't a breeze, no cloud cover just perfection…till night falls LOL! Work is kinda chilled, but I left the office this morning go and buy some things for work purposes, yeah I get to shop and get paid for it hahaha! I really sometimes love my job! 

Today I was in the process of doing research for work purposes as well and I came across Havana Heat a trendy look for men and women :) I think it works for our weird season, somewhat  in-between. The name stood out to me because I actually really dig Dirty dancing Havana Nights so I thought the whole Cuban rebels and and fifties to a col inspiration. Its quite dressy and formal chic but can be worn into daily looks, dig certain elements about the trend not the entire thing; I'll obviously wear it in the most simplistic way.

Sets can look pretty harsh hey, i think this turtle neck with pencil skirt is VERY lady-like pretty but force...Do if you dare :)

For the gentlemen, very nice polo tees and for the ladies, its all about coordinating separates, from matching skirts to crops to trousers and shirts it doesn't matter how you want it as long as you have the feel of the fifties, lush and sophisticated it all looks so polished. I always say that people in those years  always looked a lot more put-tpgether like when I look at old school photographs of my grandparents they always looked so lady-like and glam where the men looked dapper in their suits and hats. I really like this movie, its such a chick flick so romantic and shit LOL

What I find perfect for you guys is a good looking polo tee, if it fits you properly you'll look great. Pair it up with anything you like, from neat chino slim fits rolled up drop crotch track pants, boat shoes, slippers, plain sneakers. There is simple ways of being havana inspired, think tropical nights :) I know we are in autumn so you might think its bait  strange dressing in summery style right?? BUT it doesn't matter!!! Who cares! Add opaque tights chicks and throw on a slouchy beanie guys you'll be totes set for the cooler climate and looking so trendy with a twist

So on my post of loving clothes as much as I kinda love the soppy love story of Dirty Dancing ll Everything about Cuban style partying is so sexy it can make you feel uncomfortable! Maybe that’s just my shy inner self that comes out. Well today has been ok and it has nearly come to an end…taking a train home today home hope I get the right platform! I've been craving chocolates since yesterday and guess what? I finally got my fix of cocoa! Too much at that *sick face* I had an entire frikken slab *Shocked face* Anyhoo got to get my shit together and drink lots of water! hope all you lovelies have a lovely evening.

FIRE ENGINE RED!

Its friiiiday babyyyy!!! :) the weather looks like it has a lovely weekend installed for all, bright blue skies and beautiful white clouds. Before I bitch about not having much to do at work at the moment (which happens to be the last few days) I think I should savor it and just enjoy before I get shit thrown at me. I've got this song stuck in my head so early; Robin Thicke ft T.I and Pharrell- Blurred lines! It is so damn catchy, I found it k@k annoying in the beginning but it just grew and stuck on me :) anyhow I'm gonna have to scratch out work today…sucks to be me LOL I have something I'll be doing but only in about 3hrs, whats the point right.

I think its time for a color alert! Fire engine red peeps is gonna be all the rage! Do it properly and you'll look amazing, miss it and it'll be a total fail! Be careful of your red selection, and be careful to not do a full head to toe look unless you wanna be a joke as well and people repellent! The most important thins about wearing such a bond color statement is to wear it with confidence, also be aware of your skin tone so that you don't look too odd. I mean this especially when you choosing a lip or/and nail color. I'm sure you all know about undertones, these skin tints vary from yellow, green and red- so if you have a yellow tone try and avoid red that is too orange it will enhance the yellow undertone which you do not intend on doing, If you have a green undertone a brighter or deeper red is complimentary to you and lastly having a red undertone I suggest that you take a deep to more nude reds. Always opt for a matte lippy, but depending on the event :) remember to match your nails to your lips girls!

Every little thing can be so so hot in red, choose smart pieces, like a statement shorts for example, where stockings under them and you'll be on trend like a little hipster haha! Another good piece is a dress, something girly and pretty not too sexy and body-con coz that'll be just predictable about the color "sexy sultry red" no ways we do cute :) A jacket is really loud and bold but if you daring like that I don't see why not, match it with dark denims or a pretty dress or even a midi tube skirt with stacked booties. If you wanna do red simply? Rock a pair of chucks!

I feel the need for something red now, maybe a simple red crop tee?? No idea though! don't think I can pull the color off, HOWEVER I do actually own a red and black hoody, love it! I'm hungry but having biltong for brekkie! Omg this cannot be healthy right –_- My favorite cupcakes in the whole wide world is a red velvet, it is simply the best thing in a cup! It has to have cream cheese icing with sprinkles *in-love face* LOL I love me some berries too AND they are good for you :) I really like virgin strawberry daiquiri's s well, so amazing and it has to have limes in with puree mmm! Hello beautiful people! The weather was great today! Sooo on the end of my post yesterday I mentioned "Denims" right…I will be explaining a lot more about that as denim is like a pair of whatever shoes that completes an outfit. We All know how I feel about it as I've blogged about it more than once already LOL true love for a little favorite that came about from the cowboys (So I heard) apparently cowboys back in the day use to wear denim overalls which later became trousers known as jeans :)  

Well as a chick we all know that it is incredibly hard finding the perfect fit for a pair of jeans *Sjoe!* you either think you too short (just like me), too tall, too skinny or chubby OR more importantly AFRAID of  Muffin-Top! That is by far the worst of them all! When you just cannot handle your love-handles I swear big and small and even those of you with no fat have that problem!

My post today will be all about the different kinda jeans we all need! There are 6 cool shapes, a few possibly bad but hey what not try it right :) I always say 'Try everything at least once' well it all depends on how bad it is and how it'll affect you obviously, don't be a total d!%k head and decide to do something you know is idiotic! Well anyhow the 6 must haves for all you lovelies are the Ridley, Brady, Elgin, Lennox and Saxby.

The Saxby is proper BF jeans :) love how we all wanna wear guy clothes and make it feminine LOL this one is basically the loose fitting easy fit comfy style ones.

The Elgin is basically skinny jeans, we al love this one right :) but I'm sure most of you know badly it gives chubby sides! Well best avoid low rise cuts.

The Lennox- fit and flare jeans, please avoid wearing them especially with flats if you below average to short it will make you look even smaller and very possibly chubby.

The Brady is basically a slim fit BF jeans. You know how BF jeans is like oversized and shit, well this is a good and flattering fit. Works on athletic shape best.

meet the RIDLEY

The Ridley- I think all of us fantasize about this one! ULTRA skinny skinny jeans yaaaay! Just be sure to not wear anything above your hipline to avoid looking like a skank UNLESS you super skinny! 

How to avoid muffin-top: try to get your jeans high waist (not for fashion statement) if they are skinny- super skinny, wear you have the top of your jeans under your hip or even on it makes you look a littler thicker than you are. The only jeans that can get away with being low hanging and over sized laying on your hip which is the correct place for loose fit BF jeans :) because the crotch area is generally dropped its easy to pull off. F.Y.I if you shorter try and wear the looser fit jeans with heals or wedges Or even better! Wedge sneakers :) looks like sneakers which is perfect of denims but gives you height for some femininity.
